1月17日 Crock Pot TurkeyDo not judge this recipe by the unusual ingredients. I made it today and it was delicious!
1 4 lb. turkey breast, skin removed
1 15 oz can cranberry sauce
1 pkt dry onion soup mix
1 T. mustard
2 T. corn starch disolved in 1/4 cup water
Spray your slow cooker/crock pot with cooking spray. Place the turkey inside. Put the cranberry sauce in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave it for a few minutes to soften the cranberry sauce. Stir in the onion soup mix and mustard. Pour over the turkey breast.
Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
Carefully remove the turkey to a platter and slice (mine fell apart). Use corn starch to thicken the gravy in the crock pot (cook on high for a few minutes). Drizzle some gravy over the turkey slices.
Serve with wild rice and your choice of vegetable. 回應 (4)
